Shipping Policy

-We offer free ground shipping for all orders within the USA!
-US orders are sent out locally to ensure the speediest delivery!
-Our shipping time frames depend on where you are located. All orders are processed within 1 business day. If you place an order on Friday it will most likely not be processed until the following Monday. Keep this in mind if you are selecting the express or overnight shipping option. We aim to deliver all orders within 2-4 business days but for some areas outside of the USA, delivery can take up to 2 weeks.
-We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, THE CODE IS ACID is not responsible for lost/stolen orders.
-Ground parcel deliveries will be shipped using USPS, UPS, or FED EX.

-Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
-We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
-We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
-Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item.
